Disabled Access
Car park spaces have been designated for our patients with disabilities. A ramp is in position for wheelchair access. One of the toilets is suitable for patients in wheelchairs. The reception desk has a 'side window' positioned low enough to be used by patients using wheelchairs. Patients that need further assistance may telephone the Reception Desk from the car park and will be helped into the building. Should patients experience any difficulties accessing the building, or services, the receptionist should be informed.
Hearing Difficulties
We use a tannoy system for calling patients. This may present difficulty for the hard of hearing; please let the receptionists know if you need help, or wish to use our portable Loop system.
Visually Impaired
A copy of the practice booklet is available in a larger print, and also in audio format
