We strive as a team to provide the best care for all of our patients. We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. If you have a complaint, please contact the Practice Manager, either by letter or telephone. All complaints will be acknowledged and a response provided within two weeks. All comments are considered and discussed at our regular team meetings.
