Out of Hours service is for medical emergencies only. The service is commissioned by the Cardiff Local Health Board and is provided by a doctors deputising service. Patients should always call the practice telephone number, which will give the number to be called for the out of hours service via a recorded message. Please note: to ensure your medical records are kept up to date, the practice receives faxed information about any of our patients who have needed to use the service overnight. You may also call NHS Direct, which operates a 24-hour confidential nurse advice and health information services
